Well, when you're going 4MPH, does it really matter?

 

I hate to admit it but SF bay area drivers seem to be worse than LA drivers.

 

Billy, with all respect... i've driven in about 20 states and 5 countries. Few lack the basic courtesies as Cali drivers.

It's appalling. I think it has something to do with no common training.

 

I think it is a lack of gun racks in the rear windows of trucks.

 

 

In my (admittedly limited) time in LA, the drivers didn't stand out as being any worse than Chicago drivers, and certainly no where near as aggressive/angry as NYC drivers. Maybe it's a difference of perception or maybe the bay area is a lot worse than the parts of LA I was in, but I just don't recall SoCal drivers being bad. In my time driving the interstates across the midwest and thereabouts, no place I've been (also about 20 states, but only 2 countries [US and Canada]) jumped out and screamed "our drivers are better!". Chicago and NE Jersey/NYC stand out for being worse, of course.

 

LA drivers are much better. At 65 mph, LA traffic can be twice as dense as Bay Area traffic. Bay Area traffic slows for no reason at all.

 

 

hawaii have the friendliest drivers in the world. besides peru, because horses are friendly too.

 

If you can get past the odor most drivers in Philly are not to shabby.
