When I was in high school in Texas Jack in the Cr. . . Box was the only place open late so I am familiar with those tacos. Amazing what you will eat when hungry, drunk, and nothing else is open.

When the first major E.coli outbreak happened in 1993 (in Tacoma no less!), my buddy Greg went BACK to the E.coli infested Jack-in-The-Box after they got the "all clear" because they were selling the $.99 tacos for half price. What a bargain!!!
We then waited for the Sizzler to get the all clear.
