Nearly. It's 800 and I'm around 500. The manual says 'a mix of spirited and regular driving is beneficial the the car in the bedding in period'. Didn't say at what ratio so I'm making it up.

You're supposed to keep it under 4500 most of the time. That's what I'm doing.
All cars are dangerous at 100 mph but the S2000 is a safer car than the Lotus.
I don't recommend the Elise. But with that said it's awesome. Recommending it is like recommending marriage to someone... I never do it. When an Elise (or marriage) is right for someone no one needs to recommend it and no one can talk you out of it.

Geez I love that car. I looked into keeping both but it's not practical and not really viable. It's certainly not fiscally reasonable.
