Default Need help from you geeks .....

the network that I am using (client's office) won't let me sign in to Yahoo instant messenger ... any quick fixes that would allow me to by-pass their security/firewall or whatever is stopping me logging in??

If you have access to a VPN which allows Yahoo connections, you can tunnel through the VPN to Yahoo.

You also may be able to change the port settings that the yahoo client uses to see if you can find an unblocked port.

If it's their intent to block Yahoo, then there's probably no easy way to work around their firewall.

Otherwise, what Billy said.
