I don't care what you say about Dan Brown, I loved all 3 that I read (DVC, A&D, Deception Point)

I wrote down that McLeod one too, I will definitely get into that..!

I liked it from the perspective it was written in...it made me fantasize about life after death...I won't say more til Cher has read it though

Fair enough (about Dan B). He's an entertaining author and as I said... I had a blast reading DVC. You must know what I mean about the formula. I could even write it down I just don't want to be a SPOILER. Maybe I'll PM and you can say if you agree... even here.

McLeod is talented but you can't expect something in the line of Alice Sebold or Dan Brown. He's more in the line of the Irish authors like Roddy Doyle or Frank McCourt.

My taste runs eclectic. You'll see there's everything in that list from humour to pop to non fiction. You may not like it all but I'd bet you'd agree it's all quality writing.
