I have heard of them all and could tell you that they are all "top right" on a map of the US, but that is about as far as my US geogrpahy goes ....

Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Jersey can all be hit within a days driving...or close to that (give or take a couple hours). Vermont is a bit more out of the way, but not too horrible, I would guess.

It's the long dead space between coasts that'll get you!

I'm about 10 hours due west of New Yawk City, and about 25-30 hours east of P-town (then another 2-3 hours north to Seattle).
