New s2ki !! Whatcha think??
My biggest gripe with this new system is the horrible horrible horrible PM system. Each message shows up as it's own new message with no view of the conversation prior. Apparently vBulletin doesn't have that function which makes ZERO sense to me.
I assume the swap over was cost saving in that IB probably is trying to consolidate all their forums to a single platform to save costs and not really taking the end user into consideration.

Okay, weird. Went to my PMs and noticed the messages aren't threaded together like they used to be...And then I noticed there were some messages from screen names I've never seen before. When I opened the message the avatar (and other stuff to the left) was accurate, but in the quoted section of the message was this other random username.

Probably to consolidate all their forums onto one platform. Cuts licensing, maintenance, staffing costs because you now only have to support one type of platform. Financially and business wise makes sense. The people who use and like the forum are probably here for the content and users, not so much the look of the platform.
People will get over it I assume.
Vendors on the other hand need a better messaging system or they're soon going to leave out of frustration imo

I'm also not fond of the fact that I don't seem to get notifications (or I can't find where they might be
) when someone quotes a post of mine. I don't always respond, but on the other hand I don't want people to think I'm ignoring them.
