Chicago is worse than what I dealt with in NYC... though it sounds like I got off pretty easy traffic wise.

 

Yeah, I guess all the major cities have their moments. Most of us agree, though, that rte 95 on the east coast, as it passes near most cities, is the worst road around here. Last Thursday was one of the worst jams I've ever seen around NYC.

I recall driving into LA on rte 10, I think, which was 5 lanes of parking lot. The sheer volume of traffic was astounding.

 

I drove on 10 in LA too. Same thing - basically a parking lot. At 4 pm on a Saturday, no less.

 

i rememebr driving in LA.. or should i say, sitting in the car on the freeway all day... it sucks..

 

The good news, is that where I live traffic ain't too bad. Screw the rest of the world.

 

Same here, except when semis run into each other and shut down I-69 for the day.
