I am not sure if this should be the case. I don't think people can say whatever they want.
Here's my take on this.

Alex upsets people and they report his posts to the mods. The mods don't want to have to deal with squibbles and skirmishes so they want less "BS" from Alex. He's on their bad list b/c of this, not b/c of his post being racy/not PG13. Alex doesn't like the double standard b/t his and other's post (I'll use Wantone as an example) but there's more to that.

Wantone posts racy stuffs too but nobody complains about him b/c (for better or for worse) he doesn't rub people the wrong way so he gets more wiggle room.

Also, I have never seen Wantone protest a deleted post/thread or a mod's decision.

Lastly, Wantone is a VITAL part of the Bay Area s2ki'ers. He spent ALOT of time organizing really FUN and GREAT drives. So he gets even more wiggle room.

Hard for them to give me heat when I'm on vacation...

That said, I'm going to try to get a handle on the situation over the next few days. I would greatly appreciate it if those of you that have managed to stay out of trouble over the last week continue to do so a little longer until I can hopefully get things back under control.

I'll be back in Seattle tomorrow afternoon and will try and sort out all this garbage shortly after that...
