As for the badge, it's a community badge. Just as in any community (in "real life" or on the internet), a badge or key or whatever other symbol is typically something that is earned in some manner.

You didn't earn it...you took the badge of our community as a counterfeit and then acted surprised that people might be offended that you took it without earning it first.

I, for one, don't care if you stick around in the Corner or not. I'm not singling you out...ANYONE is welcome to come or go. What I DO ask is that you respect the community and what it is about.

If you don't know what it is about...ask or sit back and watch. We're a welcoming community...within reason. We're also pretty tight knit and, while some may not like our "club", it is a source of pride and enjoyment for many of us.

Please have the decency to respect what we have built. Do that and the odds of you feeling welcome will greatly improve...
