Don't get me started on U.S.Air...
I once took a 4.5 hour flight from Phila to Vegas. they served no food, showed no movie, but did show a special from the food network.
Now I ask you... who inthe hell decided to air a program all about food on a 4.5 hour flight , spanning the dinner hour, that isn't serving ANY food???
And I once had a Delta pilot admit to the passengers 2 very bad things:
1, the aircraft needed to be serviced with hydraulic fluid before we take off- Problem: hydraulic fluid doesn't disipate or just disappear, if it's low, it's because there's a leak. Where the hell is the leak is my question!
2, He admitted to the cabin that the technician servicing the hydraulic fluid wasn't familiar with the aircraft type, and they were getting him some help on the phone- Problem: I think this one is pretty obvious.
At that point, I walked off the plane. When I got to the counter at the gate, there were about 15 people following me.
I say American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, or America West!
