Not problems so much as needing to do more with my life. I LOVE what I'm doing, but there is no obvious career path in this job...

That and I'm feeling the need to either move or travel FAR more with my work...

I worked part time for him a few (12

) years back .... it was okay. But to take over as the top bod in the company would be pretty tough when you haven't got the years of experience that he has .....
