i forget what it's called... sul-nung-tang?. the white bone soup..
i had it last night... (definitely different from my usual dose of yuk-gye-jang)
the server kept looking me like i had never had it before.. she asked me at least twice if i knew that it's bone soup..
i like it...always put too much salt and pepper in it, but it's yummy with rice
