i forget what it's called... sul-nung-tang?. the white bone soup..
i had it last night... (definitely different from my usual dose of yuk-gye-jang)
the server kept looking me like i had never had it before.. she asked me at least twice if i knew that it's bone soup..
i like it...always put too much salt and pepper in it, but it's yummy with rice
Sur Lahng Tahng is phoentically close, I think. That's pretty adventurous for someone I would presume to be non-Korean. Next you've got to move on to Soon Deh . I remember your name from something...I think you were selling a car that I thought about buying? Or I may have you confused with someone else.

Anyway, it's interesting to note you can find good Sur Lahng Tahng in Cleveland?

Just wanted to say hi to all the Midwest Koreans, Korean-Americans, or friends of Koreans. Not as many of us out here as on the coasts. Definitely less of us with S2K's. I know this because I am originally from NJ, NY, and Boston; and my wife is from Cali. How did we end up here???

BTW, my name is Young Jun Son. Have I met any of you before?
