It all stemed from the fact that on his stag do he was charging his drinks to this other guy's (Jamie's) room all weekend. On Jamie's stag do, he decided he wanted to get even .... and when this opportunity presented itself, it seemed far to good a chance to pass up .... payback with significant interest !!!!!

The trick (and I usually do this now !!!!) is not to let anyone know your room number .... or to give them someone else's number if they ask for yours ....

Somewhere around 6' tall. I don't think it'll be too much of an issue, though. I'll just stagger up to the desk like I'm drunk, speak to them with some silly accent and they'll be CONVINCED it's really you...
