I am sorry to hear this dot all your i's and cross all the T's...dont rely on other assholes to flesh out all the details...the onus is on you to fix this so your credit rating wont be damaged forever...it took her almost 2 years

My dad got his identity stolen a time or two. Racked up some impressive credit issues, but was luckily pretty easy to clean up and hasn't been a problem.

Hopefully the resolution will go at least somewhat quickly and smoothly for ya, Billy...
