I&D of perineal abscess in an obese diabetic male at 1:30 am. It frigging smells worse than most things ive ever smelled.

a nurse friend of mine who did her internship at the only hospital in baltimore that took the low income/no insurance/homeless/crack head folks had a majorly obese woman come in and one of her multiple fat rolls was gangrenous....best smell she's ever been around.... [sarcasm]
