I've only had stitches once that I can remember and that was when I had my wisdom teeth out .... they just dissolved, didn't have to fall out ....

yeah, I think these should do the same, but..... maybe some disolved, and the rest fell out.... it was hard to get it out, in fact, it mostly came out just blowing my nose softly......
