First of all, look at the dudes fishing off the pier...do ya really want to be one of them.
Secondly, it is really rare to find a "keeper" in a work environment, so at best it is a distraction.
Thirdly, if you have to throw one back, all the other fish are aware of it, and you have to use better and better bait.
