Thanks, Luke... I just found it before you posted it... I'm up to speed now... Damn, I don't know how pissed off I would have been. I can't believe SHE has to do all the grunt work when THEY are the ones that screwed up. I think I would have given them a piece of my mind... a rather large piece.
