WSB and Motoo..

Damn I had a crappy day... went to the orthopedic surgeon about my knee... Gonna do Hyalgan shots in my knee once a week for 5 weeks... Ionopheresis, physical therapy 3x per week for a month... Gonna see if that helps... if not, Cartilage Transplant...

Was told NO SPORTS

 

lor... they've BEEN telling you no sports... see how things go for the 5 weeks...go from there... at least you won't be in pain
