Pet Softly With the Left Hand
any thoughts on why it would randomly and consistently kick a subscriber off the network (given that the subscribers computer is properly configured)?
I think it'd be a good product for schools (k-12) and the medium/large corporate environment, but I think it's pretty silly that a university would require it for students to access the school network on their own computers.

Is it kicking out an error code?
I figure it's probably something in her computer (software config, random setting, etc), but who knows. She's gonna call the schools help desk first thing tomorrow (lazy bastages started using the clean access because they were tired of fixing infected computers...I guess understandable given the average user). If they can't fix it, I'll get back you with further info

You never know with college students... they always have infected computers due to the insurmountable amounts of P0RN.
