When I first noticed I asked John ( Forged Performance) what was up with those funny looking fenders.
He told me they're like that intentionally; he said J's Racing used to do the same thing before they got the idea to design a fender they could sell and make moeny off of. John removed the front fender liners and extended those to let the traped air out of the fenders. He also removed the over hang on the inside of the fenders.
It looks funny at a glance but if you know why it looks funny it's actually very functional.

I kind of guessed that it was supposed to be like that - i had assumed it was for brake cooling or something like that . . .
