It sure was, close to 90 degrees water temps, we stayed in the ocean for hours at a time and didn't want to get out. It is the main reason we go there, just fantastic if you are a beach person, which we are. Thanks Gina.

lol, that would be cool, but no, they play a mean Guantanamera though , they are really awesome though. They now wear Blue Jay baseball caps , as mine disappeared after the picture was taken and one band player really wanted it. It was an easy decision to give it to him.

This was our first beach vacation where we stayed in the water for hours at a time. Most vacations we went into the water and then got out and dried off on chairs, then went back in a bit later , in and out over the course of the day. At this beach we just stayed in the water for hours. The water temp was almost as warm as the air temp, and not much cooler than your body temp, so you didn't mind just staying in the water for long periods of time. It was pretty unique that way.

Our son graduated from his second college degree and we are having a family party this coming weekend. He just finished a co-op job as part of his education requirement and should be moving to a permanent job once that is done. We are happy for him, he has done well after a few years of indecisiveness early on. He's a good looking kid, and lucky for him he di not get his looks from me lol

Missing my puppers on International Dog Day. Yes that is a giant (out of focus) string of drool.

Gina, this is the north coast of Cuba, on an island called Cayo Santa Maria. They have amazing beaches, which is one of the main reasons we go there. Obviously not many Americans going to Cuba, it is a big tourist area for Canadians and Europeans. This is the resort we stayed at.
