i will call the dr. tomorrow. but i already told the insruance that there really was no injury i said tht my neck was bothering me but it was no big deal.

I don't know how things happen over there (unlike over here where I have huge experience of insurance claims ), but if the guy has hit you, then as it is his fault, wouldn't they start fixing bigbird right away? Or do you have to wait for the insurance peoples to agree who's fault it was?

its a big deal, I shit you not. I've had a "no injury" accident. but they settled before any claims could be made, and I still have shit in my back I deal with to this day. its' a lot of money to spend over a long period of time trying to deal with a messed up back
