I forgot to mention two small things...

We have a cat. If any of you are allergic, you might want to stay outside most of the day (I'm sure we will be doing that anyway ).

Fire sticks are vile and anyone caught smoking will be fired upon by my tax deductions with water pistols. (just kidding!!! smoking outside only -- permitted on the screen porch but not inside).
