Wicky, sorry that the s2ki management has been giving you a hard time. You are kind of a blowhard though.

 

 

no its not about my attitude. Nobody is giving ME a hardtime, it's actually how I see them coming down on a lot of people. It's a great site, and there are tons of great people on this site, but sometimes I don't really know what I'm paying for. I paid because I wanted to support the community, but like I said I don't think they need my cash. I'm a part of the numbers they present to future sponsors to show the amount of traffic on the site, of course that also costs bandwidth. I just feel like it's getting a bit gestapo lately and I don't wanna say "yeah that's great, here's my money" It's probably all symantics, but thats how I *feel* this is the only site I pay for and it's the most ironfisted one I visit..... my350z.com not withstanding

like I said, it's a great site, and you're right, I'm a blowhard. I usually prefer "asshole" but blowhard will do fine.....

 

I hear your point. Seriously. It's quite possible that the site has gotten to the point where it's too much of a business.

I don't know. I have little to compare it to. I still enjoy the company and community enough to pony up.

Oh, and we probably don't want to put the words "blowhard" and "asshole" in the same sentence!

 

you hit the nail on the head. I enjoy the people as well, I just don't feel in me to pony up anymore. Maybe that feeling will change.
