i will call right now and see if we can get enough people who will be staying overnight to get a discount, see how many people that would acctually have to include, i will post my findings

that courtyard is SOLD OUT NOT 1 ROOM AVALIBLE that weekend BUT he gave me the # to the Fiarfield in that is worchester/aubourn that does have rooms, i think i may make a feeler thread to see the number of people cause they said usually it is 10 rooms + but i just have to speak to the group reservations person to see what we can work out, the standard is $89.95 night for 1king or 2 queens.....so i will make a thread and then call the other place when i have more specific numbers of rooms we will need
