Actually, I was making a Monty Python reference but ok, whatever.

I eat it every now and then. It's not bad if it's pan fried and eaten w/ rice. I can't get over how salty that stuff is.

Andy, what 'brown' sauce are you talking about? It sounds nasty when you describe it like that.

Andy, that still tells me nothing. Keep in mind I'm in the US. I've never heard of that stuff. What does it taste like, made of, etc...? This thread is going to have to end up in the 'Food' forum in a little bit!

It is the consistency of tomato sauce but it's brown and sort of fruity and spicy.

The closest thing to HP Sauce here in the US is probably A1. HP is a little sweeter and a little closer to Worchestershire Sauce.
