Haven't you asked this before? It's when you get class credit for using a semester of school to work in industry (the 'real world'). So you get paid like you're really working but you also get college credit. Then, when that work semester is over you just go back to school again.

I thought I would give it try. So I started taking a class this past January called Web Technology. It's an upper level course, with tons of homework. The company I work for will pay for the class and books.
