Okay, what I think it means is.....
So desu ne - "is that right " rhetorical statement knowing that something is right.....
ima - "now"
wakarimasu - "understand"
subject of the sentence is dropped ("I")
therefore....
"Is that right?! Now I understand....."
any one who can correct my limited Japanese please feel free to pipe in.....
