It comes standard with the clear side markers. I think.
The strange thing is that all the other AUS models are orange and I haven't seen another MY 02 in AUS yet so I'm looking forward to seeing my mates when he gets his.
The black thing below the headlights are headlight washers, don't ask my why we have them pretty pointless.

I hate to say this, but I have the sneaking suspicion that your car was pre-owned. It came to you with no windshield tape and clear side markers... As far as I know, you are the ONLY car with no windshield tape. Also, are the windshield washer thingies common on other AUS models too?? I think this is unique. You really oughta ask your dealer about these anomalies. Not that any of it's bad, mind you...

No it only had 16kms on the clock when I got it. 
The headlight washers are standard, I think it's actually illegal to remove them. The clear side markers came in on the MY02 in Australia so I assumed that you guys had the same too.
I'll have to ask the dealer about the windshield tape though, that is a strange one.

Can't imagine why they'd mandate the headlight washers. Kind of a bummer, eh?
How's your day going? Mine was great. Solved a bunch of problems in the lab (my company designs computers) while chortling at Story II. Life is good. I only with the economy would improve... Sigh...

Life is pretty good down under apart from the weather. Forecast of rain for the next week. I think I'll migrate to the US for our winter.
