Post Whores SUCK. Your thoughts?
Okay let's see what you make of this paragraph then......
"It is a traffic strategic point in the enclosed place. The 0123rd in city road line the material wood waterway and the west side the east side of the district."
Now do you see what I mean

O.K. here goes.
"It is a strategic place for enclosing the traffic. The 0123rd in city road will be lined with material, such as wood, and flooding from the waterway will commence from west side and the east side of the district."
Quick James you have to warn the citizens of that area otherwise they will be washed away in the flood.

Japan itself is mostly NON English speaking........
My company as a whole is also mostly NON English speaking, but in the Department that I am in everyone is generally English speaking, though the degree of ability ranges from someone who can just about manage "hello" to someone who corrects my grammar when I split infinitives and the like

English is actually the second language for about 80% of our staff which can be fun. We convinced a Sri Lankan girl the other week that 'bugger' actually means friend. Most of the ones that can't speak english that well are fluent at cussing in english though.
I have not tried teaching people here the wrong words, as I think I would get in a LOT of trouble if I tried that! I do get some classics to put into proper English though, and I also get some wonderful contract cluases that they want me to include which basically have no meaning in English but somehow, in Japanese, seem to be very important!!!!
You just get used to it generally, but I must say, this report that I have at the moment is just something special !!!!!!!!
