sory, it took some editing to get it to show, but here is another example:
to display a picture from rotten.com, I right clicked and hit 'properties'
then in quick reply, I just copy and paste the url address from properties, and attach the image tags on either side...
[ img ]http://poetry.rotten.com/potatoes-n-jelly/potatoes-n-jelly-1.jpg[ / img ]
When you remove the spaces from the 'img' tags, you get:

and the picture will stay as long as the sight that you got it from keeps it posted.
