I work 6 days a week so I think people have the courtesy to be nice on Sunday. A person called this morning at freaking 7am b/c of redeye. OK, if you call that early and woke me up I guess you'd think that the person wants to be seen ASAP. But nooooo, she says "I can't come till 11:00 am" b/c my son has to go to a baseball game. OK then, I'll meet you at 11:00 lady.

Why do you call someone at freaking 7 am so you can meet them at 11??????!!

so it's now 11:30 and is that person punctual? of course not. I'm leaving here in 10 minutes
