Default Rant - some people are so stupid...

So the website I'm trying to paybill at has a problem.
I call customer support.

Ninh: I have a problem with paying bill at your website.
Support: What's the problem.
Ninh: I logged in. Went to the payment section. Tried to click on the payment link but it told me it has an error.
Support: maybe your credit card is over the limit or expired.
Ninh: I haven't entered my credit card information yet. The website won't let me do that.
Support: if your credit card has a problem, our system won't accept it.
Ninh: No, I haven't gotten to that step yet. The problem is that the error occured when I tried to click on the payment link.
Support: you should call your credit card company. Your credit card is rejected.
Ninh: it's not possible. Your system don't even have my credit card info YET!!
(2 more minutes of trying to explain this. I think I should try to explain this to a wall. At least I can hit the wall)
OMG!!!! some people should not be in the work force.

Maybe you should call your credit card people, and they may be able to help you!

Did you put the correct card type and expiration date in?

It is almost always an issue with the credit card company.

There's probably an 800 number on the back of your card you can call.

If the 800 number doesnt work, go online to WWW.IHATEDUMBASSES.COM
Im sure they will help you out, but you still need your credit card info.
