Unhappy Received some SAD News :(

My younger Brother passed away last Friday he was 2 years younger than me. This was unexpected and very upsetting to learn the way I did.
I've been up in San Jose where he lived for a few days and back home now.

Many things to do as he had no Trust or Will
Sadly C-6 is well informed on this situation since he lost his older Brother in 2015 & his younger Brother in 2018 who also had no Trust or Will

Please remember to tell your family members you LOVE them and appreciate your time together as you never know when it will be the last

I am very sorry to hear this Gina. I lost my sister and best friend in 2022, also unexpectedly. I lost a parent before that, but losing a sibling is even more difficult in my opinion. My deepest condolences.

I was the executor for my sister's estate and we had to get as much money to her only child that was left behind. A will and estate planning is very important. I hope the positive memories of your brother bring some solace to you at this difficult time. God Bless.

Thanks Joe, yes a Will & Trust are very important, my Dad RIP had done his years before he left us and he even pre paid for his Cremation and the plot my Mother was buried in to add his ashes to, this made it easy on us kids when that time came.
C-6 & I have been thru this a lot ( too much ) and we have a will & trust to help our kids get thru when the time comes.

Sorry for your loss's

Thanks Spider, wow I forgot how the process is even at this early stage but I'm gonna get thru it somehow.
We had a few days up there as I mentioned and we've procured a ton of paperwork from his home, C-6 is starting to go thru it all & hope to figure things we need to know out!
