I actually had it in there once.....I didn't like all the empty space to the left hand side of the guy. I know...I'm kinda nit picky about that stuff.

The car seems to be in good shape...it has the OEM air dam, side strakes and spoiler...which look BADASS with the hardtop

I'll let you know how she rides this weekend.

Dark Ledfoot.....how about Dark Foot? or Dark Metal (ie. "Led")

Yeah! I like Dark Helmet!! I do like the spoilers, but I have to pick and choose in my shopping list (which seems to get longer every day). I think I'll probably get the rear spoiler from Hardtopguy or Handa and get it installed by someone here, but it will still be close to $500. Have fun on your drive!

LMFAO!!!

Mine had the side strakes and rear spoiler as well when I bought it. I had to add the front spoiler myself though.

Good news, Wicked has just been loaded up on the flatbed, heading out to the big transportation truck at the terminal. The first step towards its new home!

The only ETA they'll commit to is February 22, but another board member said it only took a week, so that would be the 17th. They've been getting so much snow around there that it might be a little slower - have you guys been getting it?

You gotta be Dark Helmet!

And your car cover could be Dark Condom!

Here's what happened the last time I shipped a car. Mrs. Raptor and I bought a new VW camper at the factory in Westphalia and spent 3 1/2 months camping in Europe (with a month carved out for East Africa). The day before we were to put it on a ship in Amsterdam, we visited Alkmaar, north of Amsterdam, famous for its cheese market. We had just stopped in front of a little store to get bread, cheese, and meat to make lunch. Here we were sitting in it and POW! a huge garbage truck backed into it, taking out the front end. Within five minutes, the mayor of the town was there, saying they would pay for the damages (they did).

Then the camper got lost at sea and showed up in LA nine months later, with the smog system completely destroyed by salt air -- $1,000.

One good thing happened. There was a joint of ultra powerful Kenyan ganga (that we brought to Holland from East Africa) in the ashtray. I smoked that dude and was paralyzed.
