Right now I can't. It hurts. When I went to the gym with them, they kept falling out!!! I got annoyed and put the iPod away.

Right now it sounds like your bit-rate is way to high if its that full already....what gig model did you get


Check some of the myriad's of iPod forums to see if others have the headphone issue.

Right now you should get 2500 songs on that puppy at decent bit rate...dont give up..its by far the best music player on the market
