Right now my supervisor just got an ass chewing from the Executive Officer. Apparently the XO (Executive Officer) is upset that only two people in my department want to go the work Christmas party.

right now your command is like most. Generally they have to offer a liberty incentive to those that attend the Christmas party in order to coerce participation.

Right now N6 is so understaffed, liberty incentives won't work. Right now I'm not going, not because I don't have the time off but only becuase I really don't care.
