Right now it is obvious you don't remember what you saw or you just saw what you wanted. It was quite clear the ball was coming out just before his knee hit. No, the ball was not completely out but he was in the process of losing possession. Good call by the refs. Bottom line: Gruden and Brown were losers with the Raiders, they're still losers.

PS - To be fair, Jerry Porter has done a good job of keeping the loser ways alive in Oakland. On 3rd down in the red zone, he fumbles the ball against Denver. Don't disguise a really bad loss with a meaningless touchdown on that drive.
