Hey Guys It's Nicole... I spent 51:29 mins on the phone with Verizon. I went into the Mall and wanted to add 2 Line to my reg services, ( i already have 3 lines ) In Dec i was told that i could have up 2 5 lines for free with a phone up grade since i was a customer for 2years. I need to take one of the phone lines from AT&T at the time and wanted to keep the same phone number, they told me i could do that in march when my contract with AT&T was over and i would still get everything for free with the up grade. OF COURSE when i come back in MARCH they tell me NO SORRY we can't Do that... they wanted me to buy the same phone that i would have gotten for free in dec for $$ 170.00$$ And they would give me the REG $50 rebate that they give everyone else. I said that was Bull Shit , they told me it was a MISCOMMUNICATION .
MISCOMMUNICATION #2 I was suppose to have a $75 added to my acct for refereing friends and family and thats when i found out that they only gave me $25 . BULL SHIT NUMBER 2 I asked the guy what he could do for me and he pretty much said nothing besides your reg $50 rebate. I walked away and called CUstomer service WHO I LOVE NOW !!! I told them that MICHAEL ASST MANAGER can Stick the big stick up his own YA! and that i wanted everything i was told ( i ofcoursed told them NICELY ) I got MY 2 phones for free with a Credit of 140.00 for Micheals ASST Managers MISCOMMUNICATION. I gave the 2 nice ladies who helped me Awesome comment reviews to their managers and the Bitch letter**S** to Micheal's.
