This job change has been a long time coming, for changing reasons. It's interesting that I feel sad about leaving my place now, but I think I'm doing the right thing. The new company put me through a grueling 8-hour interviewing schedule on Wednesday, and even though it was tiring, it really gave me a chance to see how energized and excited these people are. Not to mention, it helped me gauge their competence -- and believe me I had high expectations.
Anyway, if (any of) you are interested in the details, PM me. Else, just wish me well in the move. I'm going to give my current place 3 weeks, and then take a week off before moving over.
