Right now I'm looking forward to moving to Everett. I managed to find a decent 1 bedroom/1 bath with a washer/dryer, a real garage and an assigned parking spot for $625 a month. Plus it's only 7 miles from work.

right now, I'd say edmonds is worth the drive depending on what time you want to take classes. parking is gonna be a bitch no matter where you go.

Right now, I just took in one of shop vans for service (2002 Astro van, 165K miles) because it was doing pretty much the same as your Chevy. Replace all plugs,belts,filters,hoses,fluids etc. It runs like a champ now.
