right now, I remember very well how the adjuster for allstate treated me when he looked at the lexus...Started out with a 10min lecture about being on time (mind you I showed up a good 10min EARLY). Later after he had looked at the car, he looked at his schedule and said something along the lines of "oh, your appointment was at this time", no apology or anything
