Right now I'm saying yes they do. The previous owners of my new house didn't strap it in properly. They only strapped it in with one strap and at the very top. There should be two straps, one about 1/3 from the top and the other 1/3 from the bottom.
Right now I just got back from the new house. I met a couple of my neighbors, both seemed very nice but both were older men. I was hoping my new address would be Lake Stevens' version of Wisteria Lane and Eva Longoria would be my neighbor. That doesn't appear to be the case.
