Right now some inmates aren't the brightest. I had one guy this evening looking in a local phone book for 30 minutes trying to find an area code for a town in Arizona. I explained to him that it would take a lot of room to list the area codes for every city in the country in a phone book. He responded by saying the phone book is big.
