Right now I've seen how these guys "wash" cars. You might as well use a Brillo pad.

Right now I learned the douchebag who killed an off duty Seattle Police Officer this morning had 20 felony convictions.

Right now not to sound cynical, but I'm glad he died in the accident too.

Right now you would think dealers would specifically ask the owner of an extremely well cared for car if you want your car washed. Last time I took my car to get serviced (Klein Honda in Everett) I forgot to tell them not to wash it. While it was being serviced, I asked the advisor to not wash it. He replied "Oh don't worry. I already told them not to wash it because it's perfect."
right now, I always request that they not wash my car and about half the time the request actually gets through

Right now I've been fortunate. I usually loiter around the showroom close to where they wash cars just in case they "forget."

Right now I don't think you did anything wrong.
right now, for the most part I agree, the dealership left little (if anything) else for Ken to do other than going up the ladder. I am quite concerned and confused about how a club member is involved in this at all and how they're involved to the point of having their job at risk
