Right now I prefer snow to rain. 
1. It keeps the rift raft off the roads.
2. People think I'm sliding on the ice... when really I'm drifting.
3. Excuse to drive the 4x4.
4. Looks cool.
5. Rain sucks.

1. It doesn't keep all the riff raff off the road. It encourages overconfident assholes in their 4x4's to drive faster than they should.
2. Snow is associated with cold which means:
a. My monthly natural gas bill goes from $40ish to well north of $100
b. No top down
ing in the S2000. Of course I don't put the top down when it rains either. 3. The need for de-icing liquids and that god aweful sand which stays around well after the snow is gone making the car dirty. (By no means am I suggesting they stop using it. I'd rather wash my car than wreck my car.)
4. Makes it difficult if not impossible to pull my car in the garage because of my steep driveway.
5. Snow sucks. Keep that shit in the mountains.
