Save for Grape Nuts or Total, most cereal doesn't have enough compacted nutrition for you AND Spud.
You don't have to exactly think like a weight-lifter, but consider just mainlining as many fresh fruits, vegetables, and organic protein sources as you can. . .
which is the other side of the coin. Cereal, even fairly natural cereal, can have a fair bit of processing added. . . save nothing of the kind of milk you may be drinking.
